Instructions for Completion of Online Nomination Form

There are three steps to the online process.

1. Enter the following information:
   

   • nominee's contact information;
   • nominee's academic background;
   • title of research topic; and
   • contact information for the:
     • nominator, and
     • individuals selected to write letters of support.

2. Submit the data using the button at the bottom of the form.
3. Print the display after the data is submitted. This printed sheet is to be attached to the nomination materials. You will be able to return to the description of the program using a link at the bottom of this display.

This online process permits only the above cover-sheet data to be submitted. The complete nomination should arrive in hard copy at the Foundation office on or before February 11, 2010.
