In most cases, Residential Customers' needs are simple and do not require the full range of services and personnel that we provide to our Commercial Customers. Since they are not running mission critical systems they do not require immediate onsite response, but will require comprehensive phone and Email resources.
Currently, we are using a customized pricing structure that allows us to provide technical support and onsite services to new Residential Customers. In the near future, we will introduce six and twelve month service plans that will bill at a flat monthly rate similar to way we bill our Commercial Customers. |
